A collection of the goods at the company headquarters is not possible.
We do not offer cash on delivery.
We do not assume any costs for returns of any kind.
Please note that returns are only accepted with proper outer packaging and undamaged.
Furthermore, we also point out here that only goods are taken back whose safety labels are undamaged and the goods have demonstrably not been worn.
Especially for wristbands whose safety label has been removed or which show severe damage or signs of wear, there is no obligation to take them back.
